Solidatus & Collibra Integrated
The Solidatus integration with Collibra enables data to be seamlessly passed between the two platforms, providing a new market-leading level of analytics, automation, extraction and real-time lineage at scale.
Solidatus’ unique collaborative approach enables it to integrate with multiple sources of data. In this case, its solution will book-end Collibra for the generation, curation and federation of business-mastered data beyond the data steward community.
Collibra’s Prescriptive Path provides 10 Key Steps to Successful Data Governance. It provides a clear framework for the implementation of a successful Data Governance programme. The prescriptive path, however, does not provide guidance regarding the implementation complexity, cost or duration of any of the steps as they will vary from organisation to organisation. Industry experience has shown that Step 1 ‘Governance Foundation’, and Step 2 ‘Prioritise’, can be achieved in a relatively short period of time; Step 3 ‘Define’, proves to be much more difficult and time consuming. In large organisations this step can take years and often is the point at which data governance implementations fail, due to perceived lack of ROI or progress.
