Semantiqa by Kloudgen extends Collibra governance into the semantic and AI consumption layer by automatically transforming governed Collibra data products into validated, AI-ready semantic models in Snowflake.

Users can select one or more Collibra data products and their underlying data assets within Semantiqa. Semantiqa discovers the associated Snowflake assets, generates semantic models, enriches them with business context and sample values, creates verified questions and queries, and validates the resulting semantics against the underlying data.

Closed-loop governance with Collibra

Semantiqa provides a bi-directional integration with Collibra. Semantic artifacts and updates can be synchronized back to Collibra, including updates to associated logical and physical assets. Newly discovered artifacts can be added to the customer’s designated Kloudgen domain in Collibra, where they can be organized, governed and certified using existing Collibra governance processes.

This creates a continuous lifecycle between governed enterprise knowledge in Collibra and executable semantic context for analytics and AI.

Build composite semantics across enterprise data

Semantiqa can discover and generate semantic models across Snowflake databases, schemas and tables, as well as data shared into Snowflake where the required metadata is available.

Its composite semantic layer enables organizations to create and manage semantic context spanning multiple governed data products and Snowflake data assets, helping AI applications answer business questions that cross traditional data-product and domain boundaries.

Automatically validate semantics before AI uses them

Semantiqa goes beyond semantic model generation by automating semantic validation. Models can be enriched with sample values and verified questions and queries, helping organizations establish trusted semantic context before it is consumed by business users or AI applications.

One governed semantic foundation for multiple AI experiences

The resulting semantic layer can be consumed through Semantiqa’s conversational and self-service analytics experience, including context-aware follow-up questions.

The same governed semantic foundation can also provide business context to enterprise AI agents, reducing the need for each AI application to independently recreate enterprise semantics.

Snowflake-native architecture for enterprise security

Semantiqa is deployed as a Snowflake Native App and brings semantic intelligence to the customer’s governed data environment rather than requiring enterprise data to be replicated into a separate semantic SaaS platform.

The architecture is designed for regulated enterprise environments, including financial services and healthcare, where organizations need to preserve their existing Snowflake security, access-control and governance framework while introducing semantic automation and governed AI.

Semantiqa can be deployed through Snowflake Marketplace or provided through a private offer/share. This allows organizations to leverage their existing Snowflake relationship for deployment, commercial terms and billing, helping reduce the friction associated with introducing another enterprise software platform.
