Increase the long term quality of your Register of Processing Activities by automatically pre-filling it with data that’s already available in your organization – reducing the workload of your privacy stakeholders with 50%.

• Handling DSR’s

Provide an answer to the question: “Which personal data of which data subjects resides where and how can I access/update/delete/… it?” – by reusing in depth knowledge of your organization’s personal data (Data Governance).

• Enforcing and executing a data-privacy policy

The workflows, coding and technical documentation for creating and maintaining the Register of Processing Activities (RoPA) are available for free. The RoPA is part of our Smart Compliance solutions that will enable companies to be compliant with different regulations in a structured and efficient manner. We can offer an extra service to assist you in customizing the workflows and views to your needs.

Workflows and coding that are part of other listings can be provided, implemented and customized as part of a paid service.

Via the DTA library, you can customize the domains, roles and statuses per your needs. This is a separate workflow that will be part of the workflow packages in which you can refer to the domains you are currently using within Collibra. We can provide an extra service to setup the library and customize it completely as per your requirements.

The templates for reference data as defined per GDPR can be provided upon request. This is an addition to the existing reference lists that can be found in the out of the box Collibra Privacy Building blocks. The following reference data can be provided:
