Orchestration of Multiple APIs
This is a reference implementation on how to orchestrate the calling of different APIs, then combining the end results for further downstream processing, i.e. enriching records from multiple systems before records are loaded to their final destinations. Such flows are often useful to Collibra integration use cases. For instance, consider the scenario where you need to collect fields from Workday, as well as the data quality results stored in Apache Hive. You first need to collect the fields via Workday APIs, then enrich the payload by calling Apache Hive APIs, in order to retrieve the data quality results, which are stored in a particular Hive table for the field at hand. This pattern can be used to produce a consolidated payload for consumption in Collibra DGC.
